Seeing my kids and wife laugh or smile. A good workout,a nice family dinner, iced mocha coffee, and watching NFL games.

Nice stuff. I enjoy the world around me more now than I ever did in the past. It's early Fall in the midwest. Coming home from work, I drove into a setting sun that looked like the face of God.

Mmmmm, LOVE this too! It's a great payback for going through the hassle of putting the sheets on the bed and covers on the pillows. (Can you tell I'm really into the Yin Yang thing?)

^ These.
Plus sitting on a bench at the boardwalk or mall, watching people go by, and losing myself in it. I can do that for hours. It's one form of peaceful solitude.

Haha I hear you! I have a huge sleigh
bed and a mattress that is almost 20" thick. Hard to find fitted sheets with deep enough pockets and pulling the darn things over the mattress is a workout in itself. Oops my domestic side is showing.

See? I'm lovin' this thread already. I'm picturing myself being fortunate enough to be helping The Dungeonmistress ready the sleigh for a ride!!! Damn, that would be a time of my life I'd always remember!!
Thank you for that imagery you sexy beast!
And in keeping with the Fall time of year I mentioned earlier, I bought a gallon of fresh Cider last Sunday. Jacked it with some Creatine after a tough session in my basement dungeon. Life is good!!

When the otherwise crappy coffee they give us at work is, for whatever reason, just right. Not sure why it can vary from day to day but some days this swill is absolutely delicious.

I was picturing myself dragging the sleigh around fitted with a bit and bridle. But then again that bed sounds kinda heavy. I'd have to be part of team...or at least getting some serious motivation. I'm thinking the motivation to the far right...

Riding down a Colorado mountain on my snowboard - fresh snow on the ground beneath me, sun shining in the blue sky above me, the crisp clean smell of alpine air and pine trees all around me....That is a special moment. And to now enjoy it with my son riding next to me makes it absolutely perfect!

Standing on a ridge 50 miles from anywhere in 4ft of snow knowing you are the only one there, because no one wants to be there but you.

I love my job and get a kick every day when I draw into the car park at school and have a day of work ahead of me. Other things that make me happy are finishing tidying the house or garden and knowing its nice for the family and a silly one but that I like, my kids and husband like home baked bread better than shop bought and it makes me smile to bring a loaf out of the oven, perfectly risen and ready for them, sad ain't I

Puppies, and the laughter of young children playing. A beautiful sunset with the fall chill in the air. A shrouding fog in the early morning. A cup of good coffee!

Leaving work after 2 am and it is still warm outside... Put the top down on my car and decide to drive down the strip and see the lights. Maybe, it's a Vegas thing but there are times that I love doing this.
