Lookin good man keep it up can definatley see the improvment. Also you may want to add in a little more lower back to get the definiton down there.

Not to bad but from the picture it looks like you brought up your upper back a lot and the lower back stayed close the same. I would personally hit the lower back a little harder and then you will have a lower back that complliments the upper. Keep up the work man.

Not bad. Just need to work out your lower-back a lot more, do deadlifts unless you already do them. Overall, need thinkness/wider.. thats all i see, keep working hard.

IF you hate doin deads try mixing it up with a little cable rows or even back ext's. They wont be doing nearly as much as deads but still working it.

I find barbell rows are great, keep a straight back kind of in a deadlift position. It works your lower back, while working your top back.

deadlifts are the single best exercise you can do when it comes to bodybuilding imo. you should learn to like them.

Width width width and mass. There's not much to critique until you have that! Delts look pretty solid in comparison.

You should turn your wrists in more to shorten the biceps a little more and bring out the peaks. Your back has definitely improved though, and the delts are looking good. But as stated above, the spinal erectors need a bit of work. Overall, good job though!

hey man.
Upper back is looking pretty good. lower back is a harder area to bring up, but it will come with time. Just keep hitting it hard. But one thing I wanted to say was just try different things for your lower back, and whatever works, stick with it. What brought my lower back up was actually seated cable rows and machine back extensions. And out my my 3 consisant years of training, i've done probably 4 months of deadlifts altogether, because I too don't like them haha. But what works for 1 person, may not work for another. So, just keep in mind training is a trial and error thing, and you don't "HAVE" to do something because lots of people do it.
But good luck man. Keep updating
