I've been lifting for a few years now, and I've gained a lot of size especially recently. I've always kept it pretty lean, but recently I suffered a knee injury that has kept me from doing my normal cardio...
As a result, I've gotten FAT. Well, at least fatter than I want to be. According to my scale I'm hovering around 25% body fat, at 190lbs.
I've fairly sensitive to stimulants. I tend to get very agitated. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good fat burner that won't make me crazy?
