I'm doing BFL right now and I'm having some nice results so far. I'm just finishing up week 4....but....I feel I need to be doing so much more. I don't feel like 3 20 minute HIIT cardios is enough fat burning and I think that I need more leg workouts....I'm not immensely over-weight...I weigh 111 pounds, I'm 5'1" and my body fat is at about 25%....When I started 4 weeks ago, I weighed 117 lbs and my body fat was at 29%...so I am happy with my results so far. Just wondering what your opinions are on this program....I love the BFL eating...I'm drinking 2 Myoplex Lite shakes a day and eating my other 4 meals with the protein/carb combo....Just like to hear from others who have done it before and also those who are doing workout programs that bring great results! Thanks!
