Tsutomo Tosaka is a 74-year-old body builder with abs of steel and a rockin' six-pack to go with his silvery hair. He's not your average old man. The stud, who has been lifting weights for 50 years, recently took first place at a bodybuilding competition in Japan where he faced other shredded guys in the over 70-set.

When we're their age, we plan on only eating ice cream and going to the grocery store to lift cans. That's it. But, Tsutomo says staying in shape is "easy" and just takes working out "from time to time." We don't know what "from time to time" means for him, but we're guessing our idea of "once a month" falling under "from time to time" will not produce biceps like his.
