medium grip bent over rows

reverse grip bent over rows
3 x 8 reps
wide grip lat pull-downs
3 x 12 reps
BB upright rows
4 x 10 reps
stretching
no cardio -
some abz work
Food plan
currently aiming for:
cals 2700
carbs 250-275
healthy fatz 75-90
protein 200-230
alright had a brutal and steady workout barely any rest at all between sets. it felt amazing to get a nice back pump. have not really experience this yet. maybe it was the no rests. something to keep in mind till next time!

here is my home made workout routuine - i welcome all comments & suggestions. being that i am not using scivation method. i am looking for a new great plan to add Muscle & lose some unwanted fatz! basically going to maintain for now till i start my lean mass phase !
4 day split - consisting of 3 -4 sets per exercise with 8 -12 rep range
mon: chest & delts
tues: back & traps
wed: off
Thur: Legs
Fri: Bi, tri & forearms
cardio will be done at least 3 days a week on training days. also abs at least twice a week !
