    What are the nutrition facts of bacon with removed fat???

    I have not found in this forum or in the web the nutrition facts for bacon with white fat removed. Does anybody know?

    Yesterday I bought a pack of bacon (16 slices) and removed all the white fat. I ended up throwing like 80% of the bacon, then fried the rest and ate it. The process reminded me of throwing the egg yolks and keeping the egg white.

    Well, I'd be most grateful if someone tells me about the nutrition facts.
