Time to regroup
Been away from here and lifting for awhile now. Got back lifting about a month ago and trying to get my diet right again. Missed the way I felt and starting to look like a snowman again. I am still teaching but now it is Math and Weight training. And I have moved my family 1500 miles from NC to Nebraska.
The lifting is coming back pretty good but as always the diet will be the battle. I am lifting 4 days per week. Monday Legs/shoulders, Tuesday Chest, Wednesday arms, and Thursday back. Will keep my lifting log here and look forward to talking with you guys.

A blast from the past!
I'm envious of you getting to teach weight training. I've volunteered at my school to help judge weightlifting meets (girls and boys).
Good to see you back at it.

Huge numbers for just getting back into the program.
Do you still have your bird dogs/hunt? Do you have pheasants there?

My numbers usually go back up pretty quickly.
I still have 2 Brittanys. The one in my picture and one she was pregnant with at the time. We have pheasants, quail and prairie chickens. Seems to be alot of pheasants this year. I like the quail hunting the best but the pheasant hunting here is good too.

A couple more strong workouts in the book.
How's the body feeling? Do you feel like you're back in the groove yet?

I feel pretty good Kevin. I just cannot get my meals in order. The eating has always been a problem for me. When I really dial it in I make some great changes. In fact it is pretty expensive to eat right. Hope all is well with you?
