I do both. I have anywhere from 25-35 sessions per week and then I maintain around 10 online clients as well.

The online system is all up to you, so you can determine how much interaction you want with those clients. I do unlimited Q and A, and use my phone when needed. I send out programming every Saturday and once a client gets going strong, their level of interaction tends to decrease. I've got some online clients that have been with me for nearly a year!

Things get a little bit more complicated when you're training someone across the world as well. I've got a Germany client right now, so the time zones are obviously not the same. It works though.

Thanks for the reply my man. I am really just starting both endeavors so I was just wanting some feedback. I hope I can get some clients and enjoy doing what I am real good at. Thanks again.

I do both as well. I don't do online training with new people just for the reason that they need to have correct form. Which can't be done online. But if they already the basics then online is cheaper and a good option
