    Anyone other food that contain casein protein other than Cottage Cheese and Milk?

    are you sure cottage cheese is casein protein? bc on my cottage cheese it says the main ingredient is whey.

    i think there might be 2 different kinds of cottage cheese
    but is there any food other than dairy products
