Pre-Workout (NO) supp without caffeine
What are recommendations for a good pre-workout (NO) supplement that does not have caffeine, but still gives energy after 10 hours at the office? I use NoXplode, but the caffeine makes me too wired. Thanks for any recommendations.

Cytosport also makes a caffeine free version of Fast Twitch. Solid product.
You might also look in to Anabolic Pump from USP Labs as an alternative way to increase energy during workouts and throughout the day. It lets you process carbs more efficiently, so you can eat more of them and utilize them as good, clean, natural energy. Using food for energy should be primary anyway, so a supp that helps you do so better is pretty cool.

i use just straight arginine and it seems to do alright. when i need a really big pump, i mix it with a preworkout like N.O. Xplode or whatever i've got
