why do most of the pros eat sweet potatoes as opposed to other types of potatoes? do they have more cho??

i currently buy boneless skinless chicken breast and since im poor im lookin to switch over to whole chicken breast to save money, how much can i expect to save per lb??

not sure on the chicken, but the sweet potatoes have better nutrients than regular potatoes. sort of like whole wheat vs white bread

sweet potatoes taste better and do not require butter... SKinless is just because they dont want to hassle with the bones and skin.. just remove the skin urself after cooking, and eat it off the bone.. actually tastes better too
