Yakked and Swoll w/M-Drol and Bold200
Started today. Another sure to be epic cycle. I've been wanting to run these 2 for awhile now, and it seems to be working for everyone else, so I might as well jump on the wagon. In addition to my cycle I will continue taking the standard protein, creatine mono, fish oil, multi-vita, hawthorne berry, and saw palmetto.
Plan:
Weeks 1-4
Bold200:800/800/800/800mg
Weeks 5-8
Bold200:800/800/800/800mg
M-Drol:20/30/30/30mg
PCT: 4 weeks
Nolva:20/20/20/20
Clomid:50/50/50/50
Inhibit-E: per pct directions on bottle
My starting weight is 165lbs. My goal is a clean 10lb gain. Also a main focus on this cycle will be increasing my legs strength, I'm lagging hard right now.
Starting Max Stats:
Bench:225
Incline:205
Deads:255
Standing Military:135
Squats: 205
Today's Session
Bench:135x8, 185x10, 185x8, 205x6, 225x3
Incline: 185x8, 185x8, 205x3
Decline: 135x15, 185x10, 185x10
Pec Deck: 3 sets 150x10
Dips: 3 Sets of 15x
Leg Press: 180x12, 270x10, 270x10
Finished up with some tricep sets until failure
It felt like a good start to really measure where I'm at right now. Amped for this cycle to kick in, and expecting big gainz.

Sides: Checked my blood pressure today, I was at 160/90. I usually run around 130/80. Don't know if it was a direct relation this soon into the cycle, but I'll be monitoring it as a precaution.
Overview: I was feeling pretty dehydrated yesterday, headache, dizzy, weakness, but got hooked up to an IV and got some fluids in me...helps to be friends with a few medics. Today however I was still not feeling completely back to normal and it affected my workout a bit. Kept it short regardless cause I was pressed for time and had to get to class. Hoping to be back to normal and start making progress tomorrow for shoulders.

Tried something a little different had limited access to any weights so I put something together. Workout is pretty much one big superset, no breaks, as fast as you can finish. It consisted of pull ups, push ups, lunges, and sit ups.

Overview: Getting on a scale today, see if I've gained any weight in the first week. I'm feeling strong, going to see if any of my lifts have increased yet as well.

Day 14
169lbs+4
Bold200: 800mg
I've been slacking with this log the last few days, in the days I didn't log I had a great shoulder workout and a great legs day.
Today's Workout:Back
Deads:185x10/205x8/205x8
Single Arm Rows:45x12/90x10/115x8/115x8
Lat Pulldowns:150x10/165x8/165x8

Pull Ups: 3 sets of 10
Crazy 8's BB Biceps:20-60lbs
DB Curls:25x10/25x10/25x10
Kept it quick and started to die off fast at the end of my workout so I just kept things light.
Sides: Hunger, acne, been really lathargic lately but I don't know if that's a result of the cycle or not. Gotta do some research.
Side note: Well the hunger worked out in my favor today, entered an eating competition around here and won! Ate a 5lb burrito in 28 minutes. First one to ever eat it under 30 minutes so I got my pic taken and put on the wall, $35, and a shirt in the mail. Not to mention free burritos for a year...even though I don't want to see another burrito for awhile. But....sidetracked, enough fun for one day, starting a keto diet this week, so I'll keep you guys posted on my diet soon.
Overview: I want to start seeing results now, but patience is a virtue with Bold. Feeling pretty good, I'm betting once I change up my diet here I'll be feeling a lot stronger.

Overview: Worst workout ever. Well maybe not ever, but it was pretty bad. Had a crazy headache all day pressure behind the eyes, the whole bit. Got to the gym really wasn't motivated since I was in pain. Every lift intensified the feeling, hence no heavy lifts...but since I was already there I did some half assed girly man weights and got the hell out of there. Hopefully I'm feeling better by tomorrow and will make up for it. This headache is killing my appetite too.

Sides: Nothing noted today. A lot of the sides I was experiencing have pretty much disappeared, other than the occasional BP spike. Once the M-Drol starts though I know all that will change.
Overall: Tried something new in the gym today. Worked more than one muscle group in one session with a friend...not sure if I like it. I ran into a guy at the gym that does 2 a days...wondering if any of your guys have had success with that. Been thinking of trying 2 a days like 2 times a week once the M-Drol kicks in, maybe do something like legs in the morning, chest at night. Or back and shoulders, just opposing muscle groups. We'll see what happens.
