Yakked and Swoll w/M-Drol and Bold200

Started today. Another sure to be epic cycle. I've been wanting to run these 2 for awhile now, and it seems to be working for everyone else, so I might as well jump on the wagon. In addition to my cycle I will continue taking the standard protein, creatine mono, fish oil, multi-vita, hawthorne berry, and saw palmetto.

    Plan:
    Weeks 1-4
    Bold200:800/800/800/800mg
    Weeks 5-8
    Bold200:800/800/800/800mg
    M-Drol:20/30/30/30mg

    PCT: 4 weeks
    Nolva:20/20/20/20
    Clomid:50/50/50/50
Inhibit-E: per pct directions on bottle

My starting weight is 165lbs. My goal is a clean 10lb gain. Also a main focus on this cycle will be increasing my legs strength, I'm lagging hard right now.

    Starting Max Stats:
    Bench:225
    Incline:205
    Deads:255
    Standing Military:135
    Squats: 205

    Today's Session
    Bench:135x8, 185x10, 185x8, 205x6, 225x3
    Incline: 185x8, 185x8, 205x3
    Decline: 135x15, 185x10, 185x10
    Pec Deck: 3 sets 150x10
    Dips: 3 Sets of 15x
    Leg Press: 180x12, 270x10, 270x10
Finished up with some tricep sets until failure

It felt like a good start to really measure where I'm at right now. Amped for this cycle to kick in, and expecting big gainz.

    Day 2.
    Bold200:800mg.

    Workout: Back
    Lat Pulldowns w/rope: 105x10 for 3 sets
Lat Pulldowns behind the head: 135x10, 150x10, 165x8
    Deadlifts: 185x10, 185x10, 205x8, 225x6
    Bent Over Rows: 135x10, 135x8, 135x8
Pull Ups: 3 sets of 10
    DB Curls: 35x10, 40x8, 45x6
    Preachers: 60x10, 60x10, 60x10

Sides: Checked my blood pressure today, I was at 160/90. I usually run around 130/80. Don't know if it was a direct relation this soon into the cycle, but I'll be monitoring it as a precaution.

Overview: I was feeling pretty dehydrated yesterday, headache, dizzy, weakness, but got hooked up to an IV and got some fluids in me...helps to be friends with a few medics. Today however I was still not feeling completely back to normal and it affected my workout a bit. Kept it short regardless cause I was pressed for time and had to get to class. Hoping to be back to normal and start making progress tomorrow for shoulders.

Overview: I took a rest day yesterday to try to be fresh for today. I'm excited for this cycle to kick in and for me to start seeing some gains. My schedule has been all switched around and I'm now trying to get into the rhythm of late afternoon workouts. Just felt drained these last couple days.

Overview: So far this entire cycle is going well, little to no sides, hoping for some noticeable strength and size gains soon. I ran to the gym and back today to get a little cardio in for a total of 4 miles. I'm also hoping for a boost in motivation, this week I've really been dragging myself to the gym. Time to get my ish together.

    Day 6
    Bold200: 800mg

    Workout:
Tried something a little different had limited access to any weights so I put something together. Workout is pretty much one big superset, no breaks, as fast as you can finish. It consisted of pull ups, push ups, lunges, and sit ups.
All numbers stay the same except the pull ups where I subtracted 1 rep per set until I got to 5 reps for a total of 10 sets.

    Pull Ups: 15
    Push Ups: 20
    Lunges: 20
    Sit Ups: 30
    Repeat
    Pull Ups:14
    Push Ups: 20
    Lunges: 20
    Sit Ups: 30
    and so on

Sides: As of yesterday I've found that I'm experiencing almost insatiable hunger, I eat everything in sight. Also experiencing mild acne on my chest, by mild I mean literally like 3 zits, so we'll see.

Overview: Getting on a scale today, see if I've gained any weight in the first week. I'm feeling strong, going to see if any of my lifts have increased yet as well.

    Day 14
    169lbs+4
    Bold200: 800mg

I've been slacking with this log the last few days, in the days I didn't log I had a great shoulder workout and a great legs day.

    Today's Workout:Back
    Deads:185x10/205x8/205x8
    Single Arm Rows:45x12/90x10/115x8/115x8
    Lat Pulldowns:150x10/165x8/165x8
    Seated Rows:185x10/210x8/210x8
Pull Ups: 3 sets of 10
    Crazy 8's BB Biceps:20-60lbs
    DB Curls:25x10/25x10/25x10

Kept it quick and started to die off fast at the end of my workout so I just kept things light.

Sides: Hunger, acne, been really lathargic lately but I don't know if that's a result of the cycle or not. Gotta do some research.

Side note: Well the hunger worked out in my favor today, entered an eating competition around here and won! Ate a 5lb burrito in 28 minutes. First one to ever eat it under 30 minutes so I got my pic taken and put on the wall, $35, and a shirt in the mail. Not to mention free burritos for a year...even though I don't want to see another burrito for awhile. But....sidetracked, enough fun for one day, starting a keto diet this week, so I'll keep you guys posted on my diet soon.

Overview: I want to start seeing results now, but patience is a virtue with Bold. Feeling pretty good, I'm betting once I change up my diet here I'll be feeling a lot stronger.

I had a great workout today that I barely squeezed in between appointments, but I was so busy with everything else my nutrition suffered a bit. Regardless, starting today I will be logging my food intake as well in order to keep myself accountable to eating right, not everything in sight.

0730: 3 eggs, 2 slices of bacon, 1 glass of milk
    1100: 24g protein shake, 1 fiber muffin
    1300: 48g protein shake
    1600: Powerbar, 1oz raw cashews
1800: 8oz steak, 1 cup boiled broccoli, salad

    Workout: Chest
    Incline DB Flys: 45x12/55x10/55x10
Push Ups: 3 sets of 15
    Decline DB Pullovers: 65x12/75x10/85x10
    Overhead DB Tricep Extensions: 65x12/70x10/75x10
    Bench: 135x12/185x8/205x6/225x5/185x8
Incline: (Negatives 5-7 second lowering) 135x10/135x8/135x8/135x8
    Cable Crossovers: 70x8/60x10/60x10
    Pec Deck: 150x12/180x10/220x8/220x6
Dips (superset): 3 sets of 10
    Rope Tri Pulldowns: 110x10/110x10/110x10

Sides: Hunger, acne is clearing up

Overview: Feeling awesome, going to weigh myself tomorrow and see if anything has changed this week, workout partner says I'm starting to look bigger, and I'm feeling stronger so we'll see how the numbers match up.
Iron doesn't discriminate. It doesn't care who you are. No matter how strong you get it's always going to want to crush you, and as soon as you feel like you're winning the battle...it's time to add more weight.

Overview: Worst workout ever. Well maybe not ever, but it was pretty bad. Had a crazy headache all day pressure behind the eyes, the whole bit. Got to the gym really wasn't motivated since I was in pain. Every lift intensified the feeling, hence no heavy lifts...but since I was already there I did some half assed girly man weights and got the hell out of there. Hopefully I'm feeling better by tomorrow and will make up for it. This headache is killing my appetite too.

Sides: Nothing noted today. A lot of the sides I was experiencing have pretty much disappeared, other than the occasional BP spike. Once the M-Drol starts though I know all that will change.

Overall: Tried something new in the gym today. Worked more than one muscle group in one session with a friend...not sure if I like it. I ran into a guy at the gym that does 2 a days...wondering if any of your guys have had success with that. Been thinking of trying 2 a days like 2 times a week once the M-Drol kicks in, maybe do something like legs in the morning, chest at night. Or back and shoulders, just opposing muscle groups. We'll see what happens.
