Goals:
Right now I am the heaviest I have ever been in my life at about 225 (fluctuates a couple pounds) and would like to hit 240 (or close to) by the end of this, so I can finally say I have gained 100lbs. since I started lifting.
Diet:
Not strict, but consistent. ~4500cals along with ~250gs of protein.
Layout:
30/30/30/30
Monday marks day one.

Haha, thanks man, been bulking my ass off. Have a little more unwanted fat than I'd like right now, but it's all good I'll lose it when I eventually cut.

Chest/tris
Did tri's first, went a little hard on em so they were a little fatigued the first few sets of chest, but after that went hawd.
Pump was great, intensity was there.

I'm bored, so I'm gonna post my layout for my routine ATM.
Sunday - Calves/Arms
Monday - Quads/Hams
Tuesday - Off (might start doing forearms/traps)
Wednesday - Chest/Tri's (light)
Thursday - Back (width-thickness training 2:1)
Friday - Shoulders/Bi's (light)
Saturday - Off
10 minutes on the treadmill preworkout to warm up a little. I only go about 3MPH, haha
Stretch between almost every set, and flex between my "7" sets.

Did shoulders with light bi's today, felt pretty good.
Feel like it's kickin' in. Started getting small back pumps.
Going to also be throwing in Cranberry Extract to my long list of supports, lolz

Yesterday trained legs and intensity was through the roof!
Just trained chest and felt pretty strong (I'm weak) I threw up 275x1 on flat bb.. I think I could have gotten it twice, but didn't feel like killin myself since I had 9 more sets.
