Creatine..
hey ladies..
I am currently taking Green Mag Creatine,(1/2 scoop) but wondering if the product might be causing too much bloat. Does anyone else who takes Green Mag feel the same?
Also, any suggestions on a good creatine product that might not cause bloat?

It should go away after a week or 2.

I gain 5-10 bs when I first started taking green mag but it went away after 2 weeks. Also my face was a bit puffy (witch is the first place you can see it on me when I have water retention but now a month later evry is back to normal. Just give it sometime but if you want to change the product you use ust don't go with monohydrated.

Creatine
I came on the forums to find out about creatine for women myself. I would like to start taking creatine and wanted to ask any recommendations on creatine for women, etc etc. Thanks.

I'm taking Green Bulge (Controlled Labs) and I love it. I take only 3 pills instead of recommended 5 as I'm not a big guy. No side effects and a lot of endurance and strength. The only one bad thing about this product is its high price.

thanks ladies. I actually have been taking it for several months. maybe it is just my "belly" (ugggh!) however feel like the green mag is really contributing and making me bloat...
was hoping for some other suggestions..

I only felt bloated when I loaded it for a week, after that I was fine. I think the most stomach-friendly option is micronized creatine, rather than other kinds. I use the crap stuff from GNC so I'll prob invest in better stuff next time I buy it.

Anytime you get on something with creatine you have to increase your water intake. What about your diet, have you changed or added any new foods? I see you do keto, what do you take in for healthy fats and what type of veges do you eat? Certain type of nuts cause lots of bloating along with many different veges. Might need to do a process of elimination.

I do drink a TON of water, so not sure if I should increase even more.
I did recently start Keto (wow, props on your research!!) however noticed the bloat pre-keto. I was thinking maybe PB had something to do with it. I actually posted that question awhile back on the woments forum asking if anyone has a problem with bloating and PB...

it'll go away by the end of the first week or the second....but keep drinking all your water....all the bodies are different and react differently to what we put in it, cuz i've never experience once a bloating from green mag, even when i was loading at 15g a day!
Tell you that even if the water weight doesnt go away right now, it will when you'll stop it!
