Am I really burning 3500-4000 calories per day?

Some of the online calorie calculators I've used have estimated my daily burn to be as low as 2,900, but some have estimated it as high as 4,500. I have no idea how to tell which is more accurate, so I'll just post my stats here:

    17 yrs
    150 lbs
    6'0"
today I slept for 8 hours, worked on my feet stocking shelves for 4 hours (lots of heavy stuff btw), biked 14 miles (14mph) and ran 2 miles (8min mile). The other time consisted of watching football and doing light activity like walking around the house and working on the computer.

Also should I factor in the 200-400cals my body burned from eating 3,800 cals today?

The most accurate way to determine your maintenance is by trial-and-error. Eat a consistent amount of calories daily and monitor your weight over a few weeks; if your weight stays about the same, that number is your approximate maintenance.

Idk, but you're a teenager (my age), you're tall, you're doing cardio, and you're doing four hours of work. Think about it.
