Keeping it movin'...
Okay, hate to be so tactless, but I have noticed that one area I am struggling with while on keto is, well, the "elimination" of my foods. Seems to be a problem for me since I no longer eat high-fiber carb foods like I used to prior to keto. I do eat a TON of veggies daily and have tried the phyllium husks, however, nothing seems to be working. Lame.
Any other suggestions on how to fix this crappy situation? (ha..im a dork, couldn't resist).

Almonds work like a charm for me. Also could the mineral oil or some epsom salts. But plan on not leaving the house for a few hours if you choose the last two options.

i try to get in at least 20g fiber mostly from almonds and broccoli, but i still have issues staying regular. The one and only thing that has worked for me is Intermittent Fasting...The long break from eating foods let's my digestive tract enough rest to properly digest and move everything along smoothly. Since starting IF i haven't had any real issues even on days when my fiber intake is close to none (i get broke and just eat a ton of cheese ommelettes and sludge lol).

A couple gulps of mineral oil once or twice a week max. It creates a bit of a digestive slip and slide. It has no nutritional value. You should not take it during meal times or when you are trying to hydrate because it keeps things from being digested. It's totally safe though....my pediatrician had me give it to a constipated child. Plus...you can't get dependent on it because it doesn't force anything to happen chemical wise.

thanks..might go purchase some NOW!!
what's the side affect to this... Should I plan on being confined to my home for a lil bit?!
Does it take affect pretty quickly or should I shoot some down before I go to bed?

The only side effect is that you are going to have the biggest BM of your life. You'll get it all out in one shot. It won't give you strong painful contractions like ex-lax or something like that would. It's a bit more natural.
One other suggestions is trying glycerine suppositories. You'll poo within 15 minutes to an hour after using one. I used these during pregnancy. They work wonders too.

oh boyeeee! So I guess this would be better to "experiment" on the weekend, right? I should probably hold off til next weekend since I have NO CLUE how my body will react to this stuff!

Nah...it's not bad. If you take it before bedtime...you'll poo in the morning. It really shouldn't cause any emergency trips to the bathroom.
