Sida Cordifolia - Fat Burner

Thinking of trying this out at some point.

Thoughts on the product? I read a few reviews and the general opinions were quite positive.

Obviously works best whilst on a cut, but is it still effective whilst bulking?

This is my understanding of it. no expert on the topic. Ma Huang Ephedra is the best part of the Ephedra plant, it got banned because people were abusing it taking to much of it and had all kinds of problems. cida cordifolia Ephedra is another part of the ephedra plant and not as effective as Ma Huang so they had to up the dose. It's the best thing you're going to get now that Ma Huang is gone. And stay away from products that have Ephedra Leaves or whatever, pure crap.

I really like the San Tight Xtreme it doesn't have ephedra but it's a solid fat burner.

Sida cordifolia is a different plant than Ephedra sinica, while both are capable of containing ephedrine alkaloids if standardized for them.

sounds right. I don't know to much about it. I think the Cida plant is still legal correct? and not as effective as Ma huang?
