my 2.5 year journey...still pushin forward!
this is where i started. a good 225 lbs of pure fat
1 year into lifting
1.5 years into lifting. decided to cut and lost a lot of muscle
bulked back up about 3 months afterwards
and here i am today. heaviest and leanest i've ever been

im sittin around 160 right now
been a long journey and it took me a while to get a hang of puttin on mass but im gettin there. and i aint quittin! lookin to bulk up to around 180 durin the winter.
lifts:
bench:245 max
deadlift:315x5 (never maxed)
ATG squat: 325 max
