Chest is one of the easiest IMO.

Your probally not even training your chest properally and other muscles are taking over the lift resulting in not activating your chest and ripping enough muscle fibers to promote much growth.

Take a read of this and watch the video at the bottom, then come back in about 3-4 months and tell me what the hardet muscle is to pack on mass.

Here is proper benching form on how to increase stress on the pectorials and limit front deltoid and tricep involvement.

    - Drop your traps and shoulders down

    - Pinch your shoulder blades together

    - Puff your chest up

    - Drop elbows down slightly under the nipple.

(by having your elbows up high at 90 degrees like how most people bench you will notice much less stress is being applyed to the chest and the front deltoids are being worked much more. Also lowering your elbows will increase your bench, just take a look at how the power lifters bench all with there elbows low, the higher your elbows the more front deltiod involvement, the lower your elbows the more chest involvement)

    - Dont lock out or roll the shoulders.
(if you follow the steps above you shouldent be able to roll your shoulders anyway, but its always best to stop short just before lock out. Why? When locking out the stress is removed from the pectorials and placed on the elbow joints, also the top ROM of the bench press is more triceps and front deltoids, thats why when you see pros benching like Ronnie Coleman you notice he dosent lock out his elbows)

    - If using dumbells slightly rotate your thumbs upwards
(put your hands out infront of you and turn up your thumbs just a little, this is the angle you want to hold the dumbells at, so that even less deltoid is being involved, this is why i prefer DB over BB)

Follow these steps and it will hit your chest.

Also watch this video by Charles Glass, he explains quite good on how to have maximum stress on the chest and limit your front delt and tricep involvement.

Quads are hardest for me but that could be due to my hight or genetics. My quads have never grown until recently (small gains but for me thats a lot). I was blessed with HUGE calves and chest is fairly easy for me to grow as well. I think a lot of it has to do with genetics (i am not a huge fan of blaming genetics for shortcommings or using it as an excuse but i have to admit they play some part). I think the post by josef is probably right I have never personally heard of anyone having issues with chest growth that wasn't absolutly blowing form all to hell. Try and get your form down perfect and don't worry about the weight, if that isnt the case train it diffrently try once a week volume if you are doing heavy now ect mix it up a bit. GL I know for me personally as I have gotten older diffrent parts seem to grow better then before.

totally agree, i've struggled with calves more than anything. every other muscle seems simple in comparison...

    quads and hams

I have increased my squats with triple drop sets and am seeing a difference now. I have been doing DB lunges and really hitting my hamstrings so I am pleased with my progress. For me, it was just trial and error to see which exercises worked best for me. I have increased the ones that work and jettisoned the ones that didn't

    For me, shoulders.
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

    ^ This.

Even after trying every possible exercise combination, every rep range, my forearms grow at a remarkably slow rate. Growing my deltoids was much easier.

imo the correct answer would be those muscles with a higher percentage of slow-twich fibres. This varies from person to person, but I reckon you'd be looking at Calves, forearms and abs

    Calves for me as well.
    "Shut up and lift!"
    "Eat big to get big."
    "Deadlift and grow."
    'Train, Eat, Sleep."
    "Knowledge is power."
"What does not kill you, will make you stronger."

    Ergo sum fortissimus.

    forearms, calves.

I'm lucky I have naturally pretty large calves, because they haven't grow a freakin milimeter

I have trouble gaining mass on my chest simply because I suck at benching... but working on that right now

probably quads and calves for me. notice everyone's diff though, hence genetics are a huge factor. also years of learning how YOUR body responds to different types of training is invaluable, etc. in learning how to bring up those stubborn parts.
