working same muscles two days in a row

Today i went to the gym and did my chest tricep and shoulder split. Tommarow i have another day off and want to lift. My question is if i want to train back, biceps and traps tommarow is it ok considering that i trained my shoulders today. I want to make sure that the gains i made today arent going to get wasted tommarow. Thank you for the help

I think you'd be overtraining if you do this.
