indeed. i couldn't see replacing free weights by any means. it also says not to do deadlifts. i don't think you should disregard exercises just because they require perfect form to prevent injury.

is book worth downloading? i refuse to not squat with free weights or not deadlift...but is any other part of the book ok?

it's more advice than anything else, but basically explains you need to be huge and strong to play rugby. says you should have legs like tree trunks, a thick back, strong grip, big chest, etc. etc.
i'm not sorry for reading it, but it should have been looked over a few times before being posted.
