are dumbell rows an effective exercise for building biceps? I do 3 sets of dumbell rows then one set of biceps curls once per week. I train with high intensity.

lots of powerlifters dont bother with any direct bicep work, and their arms are usually pretty big
you're not going to get bulging biceps unless you train them directly, but curls wont do a thing for your overall strength.Soon to be updated:
