% are meaningless
I say Minimums
Protein: 1g/lb in COMPLETE protein (meat, dairy, whey, casein, eggs)Now because almost all carb sources and many fat sources have protein, you will end up with more than 1g/lb anyways.
fat: .5g/lb
carbs: a good amount of veggies to provide fiber and nutrients (no set #)
These are just the minimums. Once you get these, you probably will be adding mostly carbs (I suggest fruit, whole grain, trace amounts in LF dairy), but can also add some lean protein and healthy fats to fulfill your calorie needs.
