Who is that guy during the Obama speech with the sign "What Bill". I seen it on the news a few times...I don't understand why its on the news.

It's highlighting the fact that "The Obama Plan", as endlessly referenced during that speech... Doesn't actually exist.

And even with five different pieces of legislation rolling around Congress right now, there is "No Bill" that covers his all requirements & promises (even though all this was supposed to be signed, sealed, and delivered a few months ago).

Obama's entire plan is like certain parts of the Waxman-Markey Bill: Blank pages.

But not to worry, Gruptroll assures us that the congressmen have read these blank pages and are making informed decisions about these blank pages. They will be ready to vote on these blank pages in a responsible manner at any time.

The magic about having a magic invisible unicorn bill is that you can say that everyone who says anything in opposition of it is wrong, because they haven't read the [non-existent] proposal! It's the ultimate moving goalpost. Also you paint anybody who objects as a racist homophobe. That's plan B.
