Before a game probably would rock, give you some great energy and focus. But, I have to say, when I take a pre-workout before a long cardio session or say surf session out here in sunny old Florida, that if I don't hydrate a TON after taking the a pw like White Flood or SP 250, I tend to cramp up pretty easily. My advice would be to just hydrate before and after taking the pw, especially in a high intensity sport. Good luck at the games!
