So, After 10 weeks of not logging on here (due to contest prep), I'll finally have some pictures up either this weekend or next one latest.
I'm 7.3 weeks out today, 7 weeks out on Saturday.
Diet has changed somewhat, only difference from 16 weeks out and now is that I'm jojo'ing my carbs. I started off with 45min cardio a day, now I'm up to 1 hour before meal 1, 10 minutes pre-workout, 45-50 minutes at night. I'm coming down pretty good and overall, should be a good show.
I might compete in open class, but still a possibility I'll compete teen. I overheard Bob (gym owner, posing instructor, diet helper, npc judge.. etc) That he was going to place me in a class that would be hard. We shall see.
