I actually like them lol. I dont use stims so it gives me just enough so i dont fall asleep, no 5 hr energy though.

I drank one of those 6 hour ones, I got them for free in a bodybuilding.com order... **** literally made me feel like I needed to go to the hospital... Shortness of breath, head felt a lot of pressure, chest felt tight... It seriously sucked and I'll never drink one again. (serious)
