You could try focusing on one body part a week. I changed up my routine. I used to work out two body parts a day, twice a week. Chest/tri, Back/bi, shoulders/legs. Now that I'm down to one body part a week my schedule is Mon-Chest, Tues-shoulders, Wed-Legs, Thur-back or power cleans, Fri-bi/tri the only day I work two body parts. Focus on that body part you will get stronger and bigger but you have to kill it.
