i was doing a widowmaker and i only rested for about half of what i normally do after my main set but i was determined to get to 20 reps and on the 19th i got really dizzy and lightheaded but i went down for the 20th anyway and i realized i couldn't get it so i slammed the weight into the rack and the next thing i know i'm lying on the floor with some guys helping me up
52 weeks...make 'em count
Times will get tough.
