I'm only going to suggest creatine monohydrate, with guardian consent. Watch all others shrivel and die in the face of 1000g for $20... 200 days worth even if you use it daily. The other stuff is fun (and sometimes I use it), but monohydrate wins the cost effective award (technically, it's not a preworkout supplement... but I'm not going to go down the NO-Xplode crap route).
