Rb/wr slot problems
For my rb's i have chris johnson and thomas jones that im pretty happy about, but im not sure who to start at the RB/Wr slot
I have Brandon marshall fred jackson(buffalo) and darren mcfadden
Brandon is nasty but with orton throwing the ball and getting minimal points against cincinati im not sold on him
Fred jackson did work against the pats but im not sure if he'll keep it up and marshawn lynch is back in 3 weeks i believe
and Mcfadden i like but the fact that him and michael bush share carries isn't very good, esp since they lined up bush at the goaline last week
Buffalo plays Tampa, Oakland plays kansas city and denver plays cleaveland
any suggestions? reps for help, althoguht it's not much

For me i would have to start Jackson. He is not splitting reps with anyone. He will get most of the work. I like McFadden this week against KC, but it looks like Michael Bush will be getting the goal line carries. Marshall will definitely have a better week this week, but i think Jackson will have the best game of all of them.

Go with Jackson. Looked awesome against the pats. And he will get the touches.

Id start mcfadden, only because Russell couldnt hit water if he fell out of a boat, the raiders have to rely on their run game, so split carries arent really going to matter so much.

yeah thats true but jackson is starting against a team who let up 170 rushing yards last week
and bush steals mcfaddens goaline carries so less td's ya know? unless he rbeaks a big run

I would start Jackson without hesitation this week. Even though Marshawn comes back...it will take him a few weeks to get in game shape and up to game speed. I would say, as of now, Fred Jackson has another 4-5 weeks of true fantasy relevance.
Also, looking ahead, a lot of things can happen by the time Lynch comes back, and you have another decision. Bush could have an injury, and McFadden could become "The Man" in Oakland. Also, by that time, Brandon Marshall will be up to speed and contending with the top WRs. Even with Orton throwing the ball, Marshall should be a gamer...he's auditioning for either a new contract with Denver or a new team.
Bottom line, ride Fred until someone steps up and makes you question him again.

If its PPR then Fred Jackson will have fantasy relevance all year unless he gets injured. Last year he caught like 37 balls as mostly just a 3rd down back. Even when Lynch gets back he will get a share of the offense. A lot of people thought that he outplayed Lynch last year when he was in.
