Supreme Feels XF's Vengeance
Thanks to Illa for sending me a few samples of XF Vengeance. Sorry it took so long to put a review, things have been hectic lately.
Taste
This product doesn't really taste like it smells. I was expecting a kind of tangy flavor but actually it's pretty sweet. It tastes like candy or some kind of kids drink. I had a friend try it and he didn't believe me when I told him it was a pre-workout drink. I'm don't really care for sweets so I wasn't big on the flavor, not that it's bad... just too much like candy for me. My friend wanted to drink the whole thing so anyone who likes sweets would love this product.
Mixability
I put it in a blender bottle, gave it a few shakes, and it was smooth. There were no clumps and no little particles. There was some foam but that went away pretty quickly once I let it sit so it didn't really matter.
Pump
I didn't feel a huge pump like some of the other product that I have tried however my endurance did seems like it was alot better. I just wanted to keep punishing the weights, I loved it.
Conclusion
Overall I say Vengeance is a great product. It is a definitely a contender against many of the pre-workout products out there. Congrats to XF on another solid product.

A good honest review. The endurance I got from vengence was the best part of the product for me. The pumps did get better with continued use.

That's a decent amount. If it is too sweet, i'd try 24oz next time, and if that is too watered down, go inbetween.

That is a lot of water pre-workout.

I usually take Vengeance about 30mins prior, so it works for me...
Using FST-7 training, i am on an uptake of close to 50oz of water during those final 7 sets...

I was simply referring to the amount pre-workout as I know the importance of water uptake during FST-7, I've done it for a month. 30 minutes may be why it's fine for you, 15 like I do would be a big no.
Do work son,

Sounds like a plan, I have one serving left. I will try that tomorrow and report back.

I tried 24oz of water and it was not as sweet as before, which was great, but it was kind of bland. I think that is too much water for me. I think somewhere around 20oz would be the sweet spot. Still a great product overall.
