I made some amazingly tasty keto-friendly "cheesecake" dessert by mixing together unsweetened salted peanut butter, unsweetened powdered cocoa, cream cheese and Splenda. For one serving I used about 1.5 TB peanut butter, 1 TB cream cheese, 1tsp cocoa and 1.5 packets of Splenda. Whipped cream cheese works best, can add a splash of heavy cream if it gets too thick. Experiment and adjust to your taste!
Total approximately 170 calories, 15 grams fat, 4 grams net carbs.
