    Need help organizing a workout

Ok so here it is I just got back to school and I've been recoving from a shoulder injury for the last 2 years (finally all better) so i havn't really hit the gym too much upperbody wise at all. My legs are currently way bigger then my upper haha so I'm looking for a 4-day routine that will help me put some mass on my upper body. Its definatly been a while so I can't really remember much and I'm not sure which muscle groups need to be grouped together. Any suggestions on what routines/exercises might be good would be greatly appreciated, reps will be given.

P.s Due to my shoulder injury I had (not bb related) there are some freely moving exercises i should be staying away from, mainly bench with free weights and deadlifts, ya i know they are two of the most compound exercises so it kind of sucks

I'm thinking of doing a two day cycle
    Day 1- Chest/tris/Delts/Abs
    Day 2- Back/biceps

Would this work or should I pair them differently

There's a sticky that has routines in it at the top see, so like open that thread pick one that fits into your schedule and go with it. All of them are good, anything that you come up with on your own will more than likely be worse.

Your idea sucks unless you're in a wheelchair or have no legs.
