The hell are you talking about.. this dumb **** burglar broke into the guys occupied house, for the SECOND TIME in a week, and he gets killed. It is not like the college kid targeted this guy and killed him. The moron who got his hand cut off and bled to death targeted this kid and got ****ing killed so to bad. There will be no retribution by whoever the **** you know because this kid will be under protection and from the **** you posted I wouldn't be surprised if you had the FBI kicking down the door to wherever the **** it is you live, and detaining you for questioning. And possibly beating you for not telling them what you know. so just shut the **** up idiot.

Seeing as you are from Maryland like me you should already know about the problem in the city this summer. The gangs are making new recruits do thefts and murders. They now have cops on every corner at the harbor at night.
I think he had every right. If someone is going to enter into your home with the intentions to take from you and hurt you..then do what you need to do.3/4 of the earth is covered by water... the rest is covered by Ed Reed

Really? An innocent person, defending themselves with no other choice, against a scumbag, because the scumbag, the evil f*cker, happens to be related to you? Then I'd like to say something:
F*ck you you subhuman scum. You deserve nothing better than to live in die in a cesspool of waste and sh*t. How funny is it that such a filthy, retarded, disgusting piece of crap like you touts his morals? Ripe for some great comedy.
Think about how better the world would be without you. Pieces of filth like you are why people's brothers, sisters, children and parents get killed in the first place.
Please stick your amoebic head in an oven.

well in the state they found him, sounds like the guy with the sword just tried to get him to stop stealing and was just protecting himself. A severed hand and lacerations don't show intent to kill. If the guy had wanted to kill, then he would've done more than that so IMO he didn't go too far. And while i think a sword is a bit much, i think the guy would've tried running away if he weren't a threat and would've gotten away since you can run faster without carrying stuff than running around with something like a sword or really carrying anything. And of course like folks are sayin, he was a burglar, so i don't think people should wait to find out if a burglar has a weapon.

Arguing that a bad economy forces people to rob from others in a welfare state is kinda silly. The economy is not responsible for crime, criminals are. Completly justified IMO. If you don't want to get hacked to death, don't break into other people's houses. Simple enough....

Jesus Christ you need to go back to English.
Anyway, your logic is severely flawed brah. No matter what, your cousin would still be wrong. He's endangering someone's life, and they're responding, accordingly, so they have every right to defend themselves and protect their life(ves). Doesn't matter if they're a drug dealer or not, your cousin was upset at the fact he didn't have what they had, so he made the choice to put his life out there and try to take it.
So if the end result is someone putting 3 in your ass, that's your own fault.
Retaliation for his stupidity means you're a pawn. Point blank.Last edited by YIAMSOMEBODY; 09-15-2009 at 03:02 PM.

09-15-2009, 03:00 PM #468Police have also not formally released the name of the suspected burglar, but a department source identified the man as Donald D. Rice, 49, of the 600 block of E. 27th St. in Baltimore. Guglielmi said the suspect had 29 prior convictions for crimes such as breaking and entering, and had been released Saturday from the Baltimore County Detention Center after he was arrested by county police in August 2008 for stealing a car in Baltimore. Rice was found guilty in December on one count of unauthorized removal of property, and he was sentenced to 18 months in prison.
On Dec. 14, 2007, police on patrol in the 400 block of E. 27th St. saw Rice, who the officers wrote looked suspicious and was fumbling with something in his jacket pocket, court records show. When an officer approached, Rice pulled a loaded Rohm .22-caliber handgun, which the officer was able to grab.
Rice was charged with several weapons charges, but prosecutors dropped the case in Circuit Court in July 2008 after one of the officers -- who was deployed overseas with the military -- could not attend a court hearing, according to the state's attorney's office.
yes. this makes me mad.“To have faith is to trust yourself to the water. When you swim you don't grab hold of the water, because if you do you will sink and drown. Instead you relax, and float.” ― Alan Watts
