    Smile Metabolism TOO fast?

    Hi guys, i'm new to the forums, and just wanted to ask a quick (but stupid sounding) question.

    Is it possible for my metabolism to be TOO fast? I've been trying different protein bulk supplements for a while, which are supposedly designed for us with lean builds and a fast metabolism, however it seems (and i'm being serious) I always feel the need to just **** them out within the hour of drinking one.

    Whats going on?

    p.s. Sorry if that was a bit to graphic. =)

    yo i wish i could eat whatever the hell i wanted every day in bigass portions and not gain weight... but its impossible for me i have a slow one. you on the other hand i really dunno you can tlak to a nutritionist or doctor if u can't gain weight. or just eat more

    I'm just like you. I eat over three thousand more kilojoules of energy for my recommended weight each day and I don't put anything on. Even if I stop working out or doing sports for months, I cannot seem to put any weight on. I guess people like you and me will have to figure out why. I'd suggest eating more, though. Even if it seems as though it's not doing much, it may well infact be doing some good. Good luck.

    To the OP, you're gonna have to eat a ****load of food. I mean a ****load. For me personally, i find the eating aspect of bodybuilding alot harder than the lifting.

    It requires a great deal of discipline, fitting six meals into your day, monitoring your intake and all dat sheet.

    My advice would be to go a binge, since you obviously have a high metabolism you shouldn't be too concerned with carb and fat intake although you should ensure your protein intake is sufficient. Eat red meat...**** loads of it. When you think you've eaten enough eat more. If not you've chosen the wrong sport
