How do they have the right to arrest the guy on his own boat, after he told them to leave. I'm pretty sure aggressively boarding a vessel that isn't yours makes you a pirate first of all.

This clip is kinda short though but if you saw the full episode from what I remember the guy was telling him to get the **** off his boat for the longest before stabbing him.
