(I worked out before this lol)
13 minute 500 yard swim, 36 minute 10 mile bike, and 41 minute 5.5 mile run.
As you can see I have no swimming technique.
3 meals a day, breakfast when I get up, mid day meal and evening meal. I don't think it's even close to IF.In College Bulk Log:

Explain yourself and that shrimp gratin!!?!? Please tell me that's like a healthified version and not loaded with butter and/or whipping cream? If so, post recipe ASAP. Thaaaaaaaanks.

What you will need
Russet Potato 520g cut with a mandolin or a v-slicer
Onion 135g
3 servings of tomato sauce of your choice, I used roasted garlic
30g of Parm.
21g butter
Shrimp 204g
Melt your butter in a large skillet, toss in the potatoes and onion fumble them around in the skillet till they are covered in butter, throw in some water cover and let sit for a bit, then open up, stir/ fumble, cover again and cook for a bit, do the same thing about two more times, throw shrimp on top, sauce and a bit of water, spread evenly and cover, cook for a while, half way through open up, drain off the water off of the top of the lid and simmer uncovered for a good while till 3/4th of the bubbling liquid is gone, add cheese, cover and let cook for a tiny bit longer. Turn of the heat, and let sit for 15 minutes. In College Bulk Log:

Well I only used a few splashes of water, maybe 2-4 oz MAX, so it's up to you if you want to bust out the stock, milk, cream etc, I think the sauce, frozen shrimp and potato itself gave enough liquid. Dry-milk... interesting, never worked with it, or condensed milk and things of its kind.

Yeah well me neither. Except my school has these like 1% milk cartons that taste creamy as f*ck - I mean more than whole milk - something like half 'n' half. But they're 130 kcals/8oz serving, not 100 kcals. So I knew somethin' was up...lol...they add a lil' nonfat dry milk. Cheaters lol.

OMG! Is that lemon pepper, or minced garlic on that steak? And that snap pea salad, with a little Italian or ginger vinaigrette... oohhhhhh
This is getting ridiculous, Andrew. Just finished another late night w/o, came here to check out the board before I crash, and now I'm drooling once more!
