Good job on your run BTW. I never got to mine - broke my ol' foot lol. Damn thing hahahaha.

Oh and before I forget, what Cocoa powder you use? I've just used Hershey's...

On Fire, I've found that running burns more calories time wise. For example, I run for 45min and burn roughly 700 kcals. I bike for 45 min and burn 450 kcals. I dunno if that's similar with anyone else? I figure I'm just a crappy biker (which is true, I'm much better at running lol).
Hey thanks, ya i think running burns quite a bit of cals. Btw I use the Whole Foods brand of coco powder.

So how did you manage to break your leg?

(I worked out before this lol)
13 minute 500 yard swim, 36 minute 10 mile bike, and 41 minute 5.5 mile run.

As you can see I have no swimming technique.

3 meals a day, breakfast when I get up, mid day meal and evening meal. I don't think it's even close to IF.

    What you will need

Russet Potato 520g cut with a mandolin or a v-slicer
    Onion 135g
3 servings of tomato sauce of your choice, I used roasted garlic
    30g of Parm.
    21g butter
    Shrimp 204g

Melt your butter in a large skillet, toss in the potatoes and onion fumble them around in the skillet till they are covered in butter, throw in some water cover and let sit for a bit, then open up, stir/ fumble, cover again and cook for a bit, do the same thing about two more times, throw shrimp on top, sauce and a bit of water, spread evenly and cover, cook for a while, half way through open up, drain off the water off of the top of the lid and simmer uncovered for a good while till 3/4th of the bubbling liquid is gone, add cheese, cover and let cook for a tiny bit longer. Turn of the heat, and let sit for 15 minutes.

Hmm, what if you used veggie/chicken stock instead of so much water? And maybe a little milk? (could even try a little dry-milk for that cream taste w/o kcals since were being stingy here).

And lol @ your word choice... fumble...hahahahaha.

Well I only used a few splashes of water, maybe 2-4 oz MAX, so it's up to you if you want to bust out the stock, milk, cream etc, I think the sauce, frozen shrimp and potato itself gave enough liquid. Dry-milk... interesting, never worked with it, or condensed milk and things of its kind.

Yeah well me neither. Except my school has these like 1% milk cartons that taste creamy as f*ck - I mean more than whole milk - something like half 'n' half. But they're 130 kcals/8oz serving, not 100 kcals. So I knew somethin' was up...lol...they add a lil' nonfat dry milk. Cheaters lol.

Explain yourself and that shrimp gratin!!?!? Please tell me that's like a healthified version and not loaded with butter and/or whipping cream? If so, post recipe ASAP. Thaaaaaaaanks.

Oh, I broke my foot running too much. So word of advice, don't over-train lol.
Oh my goodness... I just finished my w/o tonight, and still have that queezy "not hungry" feeling, but then I saw those delightful food preparations of yours and I'm slobbering at the mouth!

OMG! Is that lemon pepper, or minced garlic on that steak? And that snap pea salad, with a little Italian or ginger vinaigrette... oohhhhhh

This is getting ridiculous, Andrew. Just finished another late night w/o, came here to check out the board before I crash, and now I'm drooling once more!

Lol thanks! The steak has dried garlic and bell pepper with some other spices, and the salad has lemon juice, freshly minced ginger, garlic, s/p, soy sauce, sesame seed oil, and some other spices.
