Just wanted to say some great eats and log. I particularly love your 'very british' pie and chips meal whilst on your trip, lol. Some of your concoctions are awesome, I also see that you use ON protein and I was debating whether to get some. Is it any good?? Which flavours have u tried, i was tempted by this:

The rest was eyeballed on some home made, home grown smoked and roasted pork, chicken, mashed potatoes, broccoli, stuffing and some ice cream and Easter candy.... eye balled it hopefully didn't go over. But I mean c'mon when you get home raised food offered to you you don't say no!

So for the past few weeks I've been on a roller coaster of having a perfect diet for 2 days, and then splurging 1 day (not binging but eating till I am full), and well I am not making any excuses because a big part of it is my fault, but I think that my cals might of been set too low and it's just my body saying something, I have lost some weight...I tihnk and gained some muscle, but I have to achieve my goal so I bumped up my cals to 2500... we'll see how it goes.

So wait, do you mean that you would eat most of your calories in one sitting but still eat below maintenance for the day, but thus not eat anything the rest of the day? Because if so I've been having that problem too, but I think I just need to learn to control myself. I mean yeah, so long as I'm still under maintenance it's not a big deal, but I feel as if I'm waiting until the day is over, which isn't good.

It's not really like that, I eat most of my cals in the evening so that's not a problem. But it's would be fine and dandy for 2 days, and then on the third day I would go 2/3 of the day just fine, have a good workout, nice and counted post workout meal, but then with having around 1400 cals left I would just go into the kitchen/ my room etc and have a good meal without counting, just eating till i'm full and I'm done for the day. It's not a binge since I am not over stuff and this does not go for 3-4 hours where I eat absolutely everything.
