ZMA Before Bed
I searched the forum already and still didnt find a good answer...
Before sleep i take a shake with milk, im goin to start taking zma's but am aware you can not take them with with calcium or something like that. Can anyone please tell me the best way to take the ZMA...either take the zma, wait a half hour, then the shake...or shake, then in a half hour take zma with water?

try to take the shake like an hour before bed, and then take the ZMA right befre you go to lay down.

its not useful as a test boosting agent as once thought, though it does support natural test production- primarily beneficial if you're deficient in these minerals. Its pretty well established to improve sleep quality.

Casein is slow digesting, the zma would not be best absorbed this way.
Take the zma, wait 30 mins, then drink your shake.
