Wink Little Rambo Getting some Velocity XT for Flag Football Season




Day 1 : Back

Dosage:
I took the required 3 dose pills in the AM upon rising.


In the Mind of Little Rambo:
OK now for this log I will not be listing my total lifts as I plan on using the energy boost and weight maintance effects of Velocity XT. I really don't expect it to help increase my muscle mass by a drastic amount or my lifts to increase due to it but I plan on testing it both in the AM and/or before my workouts. For the first day I was extremely tired upon waking at 6:30 AM for my 8 o'clock class, so I popped the pills and got a nice little energy boost to help me get through class, although I did seem to still be fading away toward the end of class, but it is only the first dose. As for the workout later that day I did not use another dose of Velocity XT but I did have a solid workout and didn't feel any crashing effects from the Velocity XT. I plan on being very alert during this log so I will keep an eye out for those properties as well.

Day 2 : Chest

In the Mind of Little Rambo:
OK so I took Velocity in the morning again, I have a little later class on Mon, Wed, Fri and lift a little earlier on these days so the Veolicty XT should provide a nice boost. As I figured it gave me a steady boost of energy in my morning classes along with a little longer drive then the previous days serving. I had a nice energy boost with no crash and lead into a nice workout a little after my classes for the day were done. Overall solid second day.

Day 3 : Chest

In the Mind of Little Rambo:
OK so I know that the last workout posted was chest as well, but that was from last week so today was chest day as well, and it was one hell of a chest day if I do say so myself. I'd like to comment more on the Velocity XT aspect though, I took the required dose in the morning before my 8 o'clock class and man it had me WIDE awake. It also had me sweating during class so I see the increased metabolism and fat burning properties starting to show their head. I do want to note however that after my class I always take a nap and after I woke up from my nap my body felt really sore almost as if I was begining to catch the flu (hope it isn't swine!!) but I felt fine in the morning so this is why I was curious as to this reaction. As I sit here and write this I do feel better, and during my workout it didn't seem to be a factor because I had a seriouse pump and was pushing some nice weight.

Day 4 : Wheels

I took the required 3 dose pills about an hour pre-workout.


In the Mind of Little Rambo:
OK so this was the first day I got to try Velocity XT out before a workout and let me just say I haven't sweat or been this jittery on leg day in awhile. Now don't get me wrong I'm always drippin from a leg workout, but I was hot before I even got to the gym today, not to sure how I'm going to take to this or not haha. Overall a solid ass leg day, deff going to be feeling this one tomorrow, and I had pretty solid awareness throughout the entire workout. Not really noticing any crash from this so far so will keep an eye out for that as well.

Day 5 : Guns

OK remember when I said I had a bad experience earlier in the week regarding flu like symptoms...well I experienced the same effects again after I woke up from my nap after my 8 o'clock class. My body just felt sore all over and I had a little bit of the chills. Not to sure if this is a common issue with Velocity XT, but something I'm deff keeping an eye on. I'm not going to stop taking it in the morning for the simple fact it wakes me up so well for my class lol BUT I will be keeping an eye on these occuring issues. As for my arm workout, it was phenominal. Pumps were great, vascularity bursting from every angle, just an overall great time at the gym.

Day 6 : Wheels

In the Mind of Little Rambo:
Took Velocity XT in the morning along with food and didn't seem to get to bad of body aches today, but still a little noticeable. Overall still giving me the great energy boost which I have come to expect from using this product for only a week. I also switched up my workout days since my flag football games are on Thursday I don't think hitting legs in the middle of the week are the best choice so I'm going to start hitting them on Mondays and switch my Wednesdays lifts to back. Overall GREAT leg day, killer pumps and great stretch. I focused more on hams this workout and me and my training partner have decided to start alternating between focusing more on hams one week, quads another, then back to a full out assault on both body parts. Overall good day from the big guy.

Day 8 : Chest

Dosage:
I took the required 3 dose pills in the AM upon rising.


In the Mind of Little Rambo:
OK like I had said I didn't get to hit the gym as much as I'd hope to last week...but I did do really good on my test 48/50 and on my quizzes and what not for the week . OK but back to the workout, I took the dose in the morning upon rising before my 8 a.m as usual, and unfortunately as usual I got the complete body aches AGAIN. Now this stuff wakes me up like no other but mannnnnn are these annoying. I just want to know if this happens to anyone else or has been brought up before? Overall though good chest day and plenty of energy minus the body aches haha.

Day 9 : Back

Dosage:
I took the required 3 dose pills an hour before my workout.


In the Mind of Little Rambo:
OK so for a little change to see how I reacted I'm going to lay off taking the pills in the morning for a little while, but we will see since this stuff is really the only thing that keeps me wide awake for those early ass classes. BUT I took it about an hour before my workout then took Assault 20 minutes before as I usually do and I was WIRED when I got to the gym. Now don't get me wrong this could be great, but I really wanna harness this energy for my everyday life, for example getting me through classes, meetings, etc., but for right now it will work coupled with my pre workout arsenal. I love this stuff, but hate it at the same time, but as for now it's really more love than hate.

In the Mind of Little Rambo:
Well I took the pills in the morning again and yet again I got the total body aches that I've unfortunately become acustomed to. I will no longer be taking Velocity XT in the morning and unfortunately if it still keeps doing this to my system even taking it pre workout I might discontinue taking the product. I just don't see the hour of good energy versus the 4 hours of body aches that follow the dosage. Overall a good workout today, but it took me a good while to get back to my body feeling in a decent state.

I don't know about you but I've never had those kinds of aches. Even when I took three caps (I weigh a bit less than you), I never experienced aches.

EDIT: Have you tried spacing out your dosage? Try taking them throughout the day instead of all at once and see how your body reacts to that.

I haven't tried spacing them out, maybe I'll give this a shot. I mean for the most part I've gotten the full experience as to what Velocity XT can do for me, yes it can give me GREATTT energy with little crash, but the body aches are something I don't need daily.

Yeah, understood. Definitely try spacing them out. I have no idea why you'd be getting those aches. Maybe someone in the science section could provide some kind of explanation.
