(yes im 20, yes im to young? just a review sirs)
So I was to lazy to keep a log, but I decided to update everyone and the reps of AMS here with my results and such.
I ran 4 weeks 1-ad UTT (2ml/day)
then I followed it up directly with 4 weeks 4-ad(2ml/day)
Finishing yesterday.

I started at
178 LBS--
Original plan was to eat clean and go hard, but because of money, college, girlfriend, going out and **** I ate 75% clean, 25% crappy. But I kept my calories up and my protien high.
I am now weighing
189-190 pounds.
11-12LBS gained.
I only drank once on this cycle and I'm pretty happy about that, the once was a fluke and I regretted it but ...whatever
I'll break it down into pros and cons.
Pros!
-My strength went up rediculously.
[i]ex; bench from 190x5 to 225-235x5+/-(depending on day lol)[/b]
-My energy in the gym was unrivaled. I've been a stim junkie prior to this but I will defenitly miss this rush. I would EXPLODE in the gym.
-I gained about 5/6' of an inch on my arm. I won't say a full inch because its +/- again, but gaining size on my arms has always been hard.
-I didn't get gassed lifting, I recovered mid set a lot quicker it felt like (placebo or not i don't discriminate)
-I've never actually TRIED to gain weigh, but 12 lbs seems like a solid gain to me.
-Theres a few more I can probably post it if i get reminded, Im in class right now :P
--Cons
-Slight acne.
-Wether it was me or not, I was really irritable I snapped at **** randomly lol, could have just been regular stressed but it did happen often.
-high blood pressure
-gained some fat, my diet wasnt perfect, but i hate gaining any fat :P
-my freakin numbers on the squeezer came off on the 1-ad one, so i had to use the 4ad one towards the 3rd week lol.

Only because you really have to be dedicated and want to gain weight, and by week 5 i realized I didnt really want to be back at 190-200 lbs but I am happy with my results and will get back down to my desired wieght. This was defenitly a great strength,mass building 2 months to say the least
Well, I'm going to run soon. I thought I'd post this as people were asking me before about a log and I failed to come through. I don't have a camera but maybe I can bororw my friends and come through with a before/after pics. I plan to drop again soon to 180 but try to maintain more muscle as the first time I did it i lost a load of muscle.
Anyhoo. I feel good!
