Need help with meal plan

I have been trying to pick little things from everyone else's meal plan but I think I need something more personalized.
I have been working out consistently for a couple of months now and I NOW realize I have to get my eating in order. I do not eat fast food or crap really, just not enough food period. Never have been a big eater but I know to reach my goals that this is a MUST!
So my goal is to get some pretty big but defined muscles. I am not doing any cardio right now and also wonder if I HAVE to incorporate this?
I have been doing just a normal split up until last week when I started the MAX OT ((just read the site and it sounded good))
So I need help with the calorie intake, protein etc. I am not that confident when it comes to designing a meal plan so a lil push would be much appreciated. I have to go grocery shopping today so please help if you can. =)
Thank you much!

Look into Clean Eating by Tosca Reno. These books are great and have meal plans in them to help you get started! Yes, you do need to incorporate cardio in your workout regimen. It helps burn calories and, if you do High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT) cardio, it helps you to lose fat! Good Luck with your goals!
