    how do i get rid of a pulled groin muscle?

    i was playing a game of rugby on saterday and did the splits kinda ...

    didnt reolize it then but a few houres after the game my groin started to hurt realy bad
    how can i get rid of this problem?

    i dont know if it is a pulled groin muscle or a hernia...help

    That sucks dude. You can't get rid of a pulled muscle and they take a ****ing LONG time to heal. Stretch it every day slowly. That's about all you can do - fuking sucks I know.

    When I was in the Army I thought I pulled my groin. I was walking all crooked like I was disabled. After weeks of suffering and misdiagnosis I found out I had a stress fracture in my hip.

    You will need to rest. No running or anything that will re injure yourself. If after a week or two you don't feel better you should see a doctor.
