    peanut butter post workout?is this fine?

    hey,i currently hace 15g of natty peanut butter with my breakfast which is 50g wpi and 45g oats.

    i have this exact meal 30min after training,is it fine to have the peanut butter there or no for post workout?or will this slow down the absorption of nutrients?

    Within 30 minutes postworkout, have either a liquid or solid meal:

    Protein = 0.25g/lb TBW
    Carbs = 0.25-0.5g/lb TBW, depending on how carb-restricted your diet is.
    Amount of fat here doesn't matter as long as your daily target is hit.

    If it fits in your daily caloric/macronutrient requirements, then it's fine.

    Mix it up, try some cashew butter or almond butter too, or you might get bored. All three are tasty, and healthy.
