hmm whom ever said peanut butter is bad must be the DEVIL lol. They probably were refering it to a "bad food", because it's caloricly dense, also a lot of people have a mind set as FAT will make you FAT, in which Nut Butter (Peanut Butter) is high in poly/mono fat's. But they are all good fo youz, including sat. fat's are good as well, so drink some coconut milk w/ that PB.

Natty PB, is a great way to get your healthy fats in. 2 TBSP a day is max for me, either this or around 24 - 30 completely natural almonds, (no added salt or anything), is another good substitute. I personally go with Smuckers Natural PB, either creamy or nutty, . The reason some people may have said PB is bad for yah, is that regular Jiffy or Peter Pan has some processed or added salt, etc., just go natural PB, and stick to your macros, and you'll have a great addition to your diet. Tasty and nutritious!
Try not to look back, try not to regret, just live life like it is the last day you will ever see....

Nut butters (or even raw/sprouted nuts) are a fabulous way to add great healthy fats to any diet. No matter your goals. Sure, it's calorie dense, but calories are calories and I much rather fit calories from healthy fats than protein or carbs into my daily eating.

No one system of training is better than all of the other systems. However, proper training always involves common elements. These are hard work, abbreviated training programs, progression, good form, and motivation - Brooks Kubik
