    Want to get shredded until summer.

    I want to get shredded until march. I do not count calories because we have a canteen so that the food Im eating is already cooked. Im just a beginner. My lifts are (B-175 S-215 FrontS-185 RDL-195)LBS I am also looking for a great program that fits my cutting. Im currently running Fierce5 routine.
    I want to get stronger while cutting. What should I do? Here's the pics for more info.
    Ps. This is my first time cut and I dont want to lose my precious gains.

    I do not count calories
    Then start doing it? Your will never estimate how much kcal cooked meal is. Especially if you are a beginner.

    its 90% diet and 10% exercise... you MUST start counting everything you eat and drink. Without this info you will always overeat/drink. I cannot stress enough how important it is. Knowledge is power man. Good luck!

    PS ask the people at canteen if they have an idea of cals, ingredients, etc

    My mother is the owner and she had no idea about the nutrition facts. Anyway. Thanks!

    I would spend a day watching the dishes you eat most being made and try and workout from the ingredients what the cals are. Just a thought man
