I want to get shredded until march. I do not count calories because we have a canteen so that the food Im eating is already cooked. Im just a beginner. My lifts are (B-175 S-215 FrontS-185 RDL-195)LBS I am also looking for a great program that fits my cutting. Im currently running Fierce5 routine.
I want to get stronger while cutting. What should I do? Here's the pics for more info.
Ps. This is my first time cut and I dont want to lose my precious gains.

its 90% diet and 10% exercise... you MUST start counting everything you eat and drink. Without this info you will always overeat/drink. I cannot stress enough how important it is. Knowledge is power man. Good luck!
