Agreed. Through cortisol control and metabolism boosting, Lean Xtreme will absolutely help target belly fat.
Lean Xtreme is produced by Driven Sports. Not sold at Walmart to my knowledge, but of course it available right here at BB.com.NSCA-CSCS and CPT

Know what really throws me off? The two companies that sell Lean Xtreme here on bb.com both have the initials DS. Everyone refers to the product as DS LX, which is rather vague IMHO. Driven Sports and Designer Supplements are the two companies, and something tells me that someone else makes it too.
Can you give me a brief history of Lean Xtreme? Who invented the primary compound? I noticed that Driven Sports adds a little Phosphatidylserine unlike Designer Supplements.
Is Lean Xtreme kinda like Kre-Alkalyn in how it's made and sold? Kre-Alkalyn was created by a third party, and then licensed to a few manufacturers to actually make and distribute the product. Driven Sports and Designer Supplements seem to be two companies that are selling Lean Xtreme...but I am not 100% sure of what's going on here. Who created Lean Xtreme?Mark these words in the annals (no homo) of bodybuilding.com.

If I'm not mistaken Designer supplements went out of business but the guy that owned the formulas went to work for Driven Sports and rereleased them with a slight change in formulation. They are basically the same product. Driven is version2 (slight upgrade) from Designer products.
Current supplements:
LG Lipotropic Potien

Lose weight, though at 137 lbs you may be worrying too much. You can't look totally muscular at that weight. Sure you could lose some weight but I think you're just expecting to look too much into shape from losing fat alone. You're young, keep on working out and gain weight and things will improve over time.

Well,
First - there is not magic pill that reduces bodyfat. Furthermore- Your body will lose fat evenly all over- there is no such thing as localized fat reduction. So you will lose fat all over- including your belly. If that is your problem area- often is one of the last to go. (or it seems anyway)
Now that said - The #1 thing you can do is diet. Cut carbs- Low or moderate carbs and fat- High protien. Many meals - spread out - small meals often. Cut calories. Drink lots of water.
Combined with some diet pills. I like AMP2 and I like VelocityXT by neogenix. HotRoxXtreme and Lipo6 are also pretty good options. They should control your appetite, increase your energy and focus, and help speed up your metabolism. Most people feel good when taking them, and they are effective.
For exersise- As much cardio as you can. 1 hour 5-10 times a week makes a serious impact. Doing crunches can build your abs- but it won't help shed fat - you need to burn calories from cardio, diet, and raised metabolism to lose fat
