What position you playing? If you're a midi you should emphasize cardio and endurance. Do long runs a few times a week. 3 miles and up. You'll need that cardio.
Attack and defense you don't need as much endurance and a long stick should emphasize strength training. If you're an attackman, I would just work on your stick skills. That's most important.
